It is always a pleasure to visit the building society as the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable of... It is always a pleasure to visit the building society as the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their products and very willing to help you to make your decision. They always go the extra mile to help. The branch in the town centre is very important to me as I don't like the internet for transactions. I find the products on offer are very competitive and accessible in branch not on internet. I would like to point out the opening times should be longer into the afternoon. Closing at 2pm is inconvenient for working people and myself forcing me to use the Coventry build society for some transactions as they close much later. Read more Read less

Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch... Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch for that alone; the personal touch is what I have always valued most - problems solved quickly, queries answered clearly, and everything done so pleasantly. I would be sad to lose this customer-friendly contact and hope it will survive alongside the new 'easy to use' online service. Read more Read less
