We have not opened an account for a long time and the the people made it so easy for us, they were very helpful

The Branch Manager opened 3 new accounts for our grandchildren, she was efficient and very knowledgeable.

Rita and Maria at Wigston branch were very helpful and friendly, in fact all staff are.

It was fine, a lot quicker than a bureaucratic meeting I'd had at the Coventry the previous week (an hour to get in and out of the building)

For instance you can not open a savings product online. Also. it was a bit irritating that to open any new savings account you have to fill in a questionnaire comprising of several pages, even when I have been a customer for perhaps 30 years continuously, had an existing savings account and have held several over the years. The great majority of the information requested they would already have on their systems! Also, they are unable to update the old passbook with closing interest, give out the passbook for the new product, or make a payment to you in branch for the balance being withdrawn.
