The experience of our mortgage application was good. The application was vetted thoroughly and significant information was obtained. Because of this due diligence the process... The experience of our mortgage application was good. The application was vetted thoroughly and significant information was obtained. Because of this due diligence the process took 2 months to receive a mortgage offer. We felt that it could have been quicker. However, this was not necessarily the fault of Loughborough as there was an initial delay from our accountant. Loughborough had to request further info which delayed the case further.
