Switching to a new product took up no more than 5 mins of my time. Placed a callback request through the website and received a... Switching to a new product took up no more than 5 mins of my time. Placed a callback request through the website and received a call within an hour. Paperwork was sent immediately and when I returned it the switch happened in less than an hour.
