We had a very complex financial situation but Loughb...

We had a very complex financial situation but Loughborough treated with the outermost respect and we were not only a computer data. They understood that life as its ups and downs and that we shouldn’t be penalised for it. They showed care and understanding throughout the process and the cherry on the cake was the free valuation what a bargain.
