We are sincere gratitude for the support Loughborough building society gave us when we were unable to secure a mortgage with high street lenders due to having a third-party member and being over 80 years old. At what was a very stressful and uncertain time for us, Loughborough stepped in and made it possible for us to purchase our home. We are especially grateful for your understanding and flexibility when the sale was delayed, and for offering us an extension to the mortgage. Your support and willingness to work with us made all the difference.
