Seamless and fast product switch

Switching to a new product took up no more than 5 mins of my time. Placed a callback request through the website and received a call within an hour. Paperwork was sent immediately and when I returned it the switch happened in less than an hour. Shockingly efficient service - would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 30th October 2025

Loughborough a building society worth considering.

Well done for outstanding customer service.
