Outstanding Service from Rob Johnson

As a current lender with Loughborough Building Society, we are in the process of arranging a remortgage — not something that would normally be the highlight of anyone’s day. However, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Johnson, who has made the process not only straightforward so far but also genuinely fun & enjoyable (yes, remortgage and fun in the same sentence — who would have thought it!). I couldn’t be happier with my experience to date and would highly recommend anyone considering a conversation about Loughborough’s products to speak with Rob.
