Seamless service, broker through to Loughborough

I found the Loughborough through our Broker. the Application was straight forwards, our requirements were easily understood by the Loughborough, the response was within 24 hours and the staff have followed up to ensure all progresses to the necessary time lines. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Outstanding Service from Rob Johnson

As a current lender with Loughborough Building Society, we are in the process of arranging a remortgage — not something that would normally be the highlight of anyone’s day. However, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Johnson, who has made the process not only straightforward so far but also genuinely fun & enjoyable (yes, remortgage and fun in the same sentence — who would have thought it!). I couldn’t be happier with my experience to date and would highly recommend anyone considering a conversation about Loughborough’s products to speak with Rob.
