It was a swift process from start to finish, once my application was submitted a valuation was quickly arranged, the underwriter who dealt with my case acted swiftly and sent all required questions within a reasonable time, once satisfied my mortgage offer was approved and received so grateful to the team that worked so fast on my application. Top Rate Human Customer Service

Your help person was very good in answering my query and especially I am grateful for her correcting a misunderstanding on my part about how much you can overpay each year. Seamless and fast product switch

Switching to a new product took up no more than 5 mins of my time. Placed a callback request through the website and received a call within an hour. Paperwork was sent immediately and when I returned it the switch happened in less than an hour. Shockingly efficient service - would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 30th October 2025
