We have been with Chorley ever since we bought our fist property 15 years. The service is nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, every member of staff has been professional, personable and above all else, patient. Recently we have purchased a new property therefore increasing our borrowing which came with some trepedation but Chorley, in particular Candice, were again excellent. Couldn’t recommend them higher. Great customer service from start to finish.

We had our self build mortgage with Chorley and the service we received throughout our build and upon completion has been excellent. It’s refreshing to be working with an organisation where you can pick up the phone and still speak to someone quickly and easily. Following the completion of our build we have remained with Chorley and moved to a repayment mortgage.
