Five Star Service.

I am delighted with Chorley’s service. Mark Rothwell is an outstanding mortgage advisor, he took the time to make sure I understood the options available to me and really made me feel that Chorley really go above and beyond to look after their customer. Mark and Chorley genuinely care about the customer. I can’t recommend Chorley enough, from start to finish they make the whole process pleasant and straightforward. Five star service. Personalise service with excellent communication

My application was a bit ore complicated than the standard but my Mortgage Advisor (Devon Park) demonstrated tenacity, perseverance and a real can do attitude. The service I received was personal and very customer focused with a direct line and direct email address to Devon. Communication has been excellent and all with the same advisor so no having to repeat the circumstances. I would highly recommend the Chorley Building Society and specifically Devon Park. Great support when needed...

Currently going through some financial struggles and had no disposable income available to pay mortgage. Chatted to Mark who was great at understanding, offered multiple solutions and made a scary process much more bearable, so I personally appreciate that and the help offered. Mortgage Term: Rod/Suffolk.

My experience with Mortgage Advisor Candice Fields who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the various options and details for the Term Extension of the Mortgage through every step of the way. Candice would always keep me udated throughout the application process, either by email or phone.
