Comprehensive website

The website was clear and comprehensive to use. I completed an application form for an online regular savings account and was impressed on how easy it was to complete. Communication was prompt and instructions were informative. Interest rates were competitive when compared with similar savings products on other investment institutions. Having moved away from Chorley

Having moved away from Chorley I was afraid that Chorley Building society would not be able to provide the same kind of personal service that they had previously given me.But I was wrong I have just come off a call with Keri and she could not have been more supportive.It gave me confidence that I can continue to bank with CBS whilst living in Norfolk. An example of excellent customer service.

I had cause to speak to a staff member on Saturday and again today about some On Line transactions. On each occasion I spoke with Kerri who was helpful, polite, understanding and helped me complete my transactions to my entire satisfaction. Her attitude was exemplary Reviewed on: 17th August 2026

Helpful and pleasant staff

The staff at the Leyland office are always pleasant and helpful, It is good to be able to speak to someone who is ready to advise on the various savings accounts. Reviewed on: 20th July 2026

Extra special service

I rang and spoke to Cath about a transfer I needed to make. I was a bit annoyed I've got to take money out and Cath recommended a new on-line product for me which is perfect for my needs. So apart from sorting what looked like a big problem for me, which Cath sorted quickly, she gave added-value in her help on a new product. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026
