Good communications and competitive interest rates

Good communications online about new products and changes to old ones. Easy to move money via the online portal. Interest rates comparable to other banks/building societies. I would like an APP facility to enable me to manage my investment on my mobile phone Reviewed on: 10th March 2026

Benefit of a Local Branch

I prefer attending somewhere in person and Chorley Head Office branch is perfect - it is convenient and has on site parking and the staff have always been excellent. Any queries are always addressed quickly as well. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
