Prompt response to enquiries and if not the highest the interest levels for ISA's are very acceptable. Happy couple

As a couple we both have different ISA's with Chorley Building Society,we are really content with our banking at their head office, the staff are very experienced, customer friendly, patient and always smiley faces, just what's needed this day and age.Plenty of account updates and news sent by e mail also.leep up the good work Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
