Overall reasonably pleased with the product & very much like that it's a flexible cash ISA. The app is excellent, easy to use with very good features. The one negative is the reduced interest rate ; whilst regularly offering very competitve interest rates to entice new customers, more needs to be done for existing customers who stay loyal to the company ! Great app, competitive rates.

Am receiving 3.54% on my cash ISA which has been competitive this year, will be looking to switch to better rate in the next tax year though. No complaints at all with Chip, the app is easy to use and money transfers are instantaneous. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

So so happy that I had Chip recommended by a colleague.

I had Chip recommended by a colleague. I’m not at all money or IT savvy but I ‘bit the bullet’ and transferred all my spare money from various pots into a Chip Cash ISA. Since then I’ve saved for my daughter’s wedding and made over £800 in interest. I’m blown away and wish I’d done this years ago. The transfer of money in and out is so easy and my interest isn’t penalised/frozen that month like another saver account I had elsewhere. I’m now feel encouraged to build my savings to pay my mortgage off a bit earlier. I just feel like I’m being more intentional about my money since saving with Chip. I feel I can trust Chip.

I feel I can trust Chip as they provide a very professional service which does help to maximise my wealth..The App is easy and straightforward to use and it's easy to talk to someone if you have any queries.
