No idea what they are doing.

Chip seems to have lost its way massively. A company originally to help low earners begin their savings journey by ‘chipping in’ small amounts, now... Chip seems to have lost its way massively. A company originally to help low earners begin their savings journey by ‘chipping in’ small amounts, now is seemingly desperate to appeal to people with huge assets, people who would have very little need to move to this company that communicates poorly, doesn’t bother to tell you when their interest rates go down, and is desperate for you to pay each month for no real advantage. I stuck with chip for far too long, a good bit of sunk-cost fallacy there, but when I finally had the chance to take a proper look at their competitors, the choice was simple. Stay with a company that has no interest in keeping me as a customer, or move elsewhere and actually make my money work. Read more Read less

The app is easy to navigate and allows me to keep track of my savings with interest. I recently started investing with the chip too and have received a bonus for doing so! Absolutely recommend!     This app has dramatically boosted my savings. The ease and efficiency of having the automated deposits, as well as the recurring deposits, has been fantastic.... This app has dramatically boosted my savings. The ease and efficiency of having the automated deposits, as well as the recurring deposits, has been fantastic. I have peace of mind knowing that my savings are being increased without having to regularly remember to make deposits.
