Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her... Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Read more Read less

I did have an issue with a recommendation that I made a mistake with, did not have the outcome I would have liked as the cashback I was expecting I did not receive. Like I said it was my mistake but thought Raisin could have been a bit more flexible. I will just have to me more careful in the furture. Read more Read less
