Very helpful counter service. My old accounts could have been earning higher interest - some proactive communication would be useful.

Small and friendly. Short waiting line at the counter. Still use passbooks rather than online accounts.

I like the personal service from the staff who were helpful, efficient and pleasant. My experience could not have been better.

150 day ISA notice. I found the wording on line somewhat confusing relating to giving notice on my account but the sales team were very helpful and explained it very clearly.
