You must avoid this bank at all costs. When they want information on your account under the normal AML regulations they suspend your account for... You must avoid this bank at all costs. When they want information on your account under the normal AML regulations they suspend your account for no reason and you have nobody to speak to. This could close a business since you have no ability to make or receive payments during that period. Be warned keep away from this bank. They held on to over £200,000 of my clients company’s money for nearly two months whilst they asked their AML questions, which nearly put them out of business. How they ever got a banking licence I will never know. You have been warned! Read more Read less

When they want information on your account under the normal AML regulations they suspend your account for no reason and you have nobody to speak to. This could close a business since you have no ability to make or receive payments during that period. Be warned keep away from this bank. not happy with charges

I had a transaction for a debit for which Revolut stopped however tis is the 2 nd time in 2 months. I have had to...     Revolut for travel. I have a Revolut account primarly for travelling and its amazing. you can add your money into the account in whatever currency... Revolut for travel. I have a Revolut account primarly for travelling and its amazing. you can add your money into the account in whatever currency you have, for example GBP, and then in the app you can transfer it to whatever currency you want, for example Euros. It will offer you the best exchange rate which is great. its very easy to do i would highly recommend this bank for anyone who plans to travel. Read more Read less

    Horrible customer service - seems like a scam operation

    Customer service just keeps stalling in the attempt to allocate a transfer. Keeps closing tickets & switching reps to avoid further escalation. Usual time spent...
