I joined Tandem as compared to most other banks they had a high interest rate on their Easy Access savings accounts. I had an issue where I tried to send my tax rebate from HMRC into the savings account directly, but this was blocked because I could only deposit from linked bank accounts. This resulted in a back and forth of me calling both Tandem and HMRC with neither accepting responsibility. After my 4th call with Tandem they were able to resolve this.
