I opened a current account and it was closed. Emailed customer service slow response. Called the number was on hold and the women who answered... I opened a current account and it was closed. Emailed customer service slow response. Called the number was on hold and the women who answered didn’t sound like she wanted to be there. Told me I closed my account and I couldn’t apply for a new one for 30 days which I will not be doing. Read more Read less

    I have been using Monzo for 2 years, and it's simply amazing. From every day use, to credit card, to savings or investments, it covers... I have been using Monzo for 2 years, and it's simply amazing. From every day use, to credit card, to savings or investments, it covers everything with a clean design and perfect content to make every user understand and learn. The fees for the investments could be a little bit high and interest on savings not the highest, but worth for the service they give. Strongly suggested. Read more Read less

    Disgraceful bank.

    Disgraceful bank. Poor service and incompetent staff. Many better alternatives! They cancel accounts with no reason, make errors when giving pay back details and take... Disgraceful bank.     Efficient. Good at organising your money with pots(with decent interest i may add). Flawless when transferring money to other accounts - i had issues with... Efficient. I am a huge fan of Monzo and have been a loyal customer for nearly six years. I have never encountered any issues with the bank and have only had positive experiences.
