I’ve had a good experience using Monzo as I originally joined for the perks when spending abroad. The app’s easy to use, and tracking spending is clear which is helpful for bills. I set up pots which can help for planning ahead and the notifications received are clear and helpful. Monzo provides one of the best online experience.

Monzo provides one of the best online experience. The app is clear and easy to understand. Money can be put into different pots making budgeting easy. Monzo also allows extra features to be unlocked starting from 3 pounds to 17 pounds, that is 3, 7 and 17 pounds. This allows features like virtual cards, paying directly from a pot, lining other bank cards, insurance, rail cards, Greggs treats to be enjoyed as extras. Joint accounts can easily be opened while maintaining individual accounts. Monzo also offers their flex credit card, allowing user to flex ( move a transaction that was completed using the card to the credit card even past transactions up to about 14 days. Honestly the best banking experience I've ever had - seamless. It's got to the point that using my banking app, knowing what my income and expenses and balance are is so effortless and frictionless I couldn't even conceive of using another service.
