Froze our accounts for no reason

Froze our accounts for no reason and have held onto the money for 2 weeks so far with no timescale, It has absolutely broke us to the point of no bills being paid and they do not give a dam, The whole process is flawed but they do not give a dam Reviewed on: 12th May 2026

I’ve had a really positive experience with Monzo. The app is intuitive and makes everyday banking simple, especially with instant spending notifications, budgeting tools, and savings Pots that help keep money organised. Monzo also offers fee-free card spending abroad and overdrafts for eligible customers, all managed directly in the app. Reviewed on: 5th May 2026

Monzo Current Account

Would highly recommend you use Monzo, especially at least to get your wages paid into as you can collect it a business day early at 4pm. You can also see more days in advance of what amount of money is due in/out of your account. You also can easily get a welcome bonus amount of £ when you join. I got £5 but think some get more if you’re lucky. Can add your card to Apple Pay and spend straight away no need to wait for your card to arrive. Only a sift search is required I believe to se up an account so quick and easy to set up. Honestly recommend you bank with Monzo, especially to get your wages early Reviewed on: 25th April 2026

Love Banking With Monzo

Never had an issue with Monzo been banking with them for years.. I think it’s an amazing bank to be and love that I can access my money early, never had an issue if I’ve not recognised a transaction, never not been refunded when I haven’t used my card or it’s been fraud Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Monzo - the best bank!

Monzo - I’ve been with them for a couple of years & I can’t fault them. Everything just works efficiently & if it doesn’t, they fix it really quickly. I don’t know why my other 2 banks can’t be as good. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
