Good account, nice interface - nice to look at and easy to use, plus learning materials and useful tracker widgets for me to use. Decent interest rates and I like the neutral language used when it suggests to partner up with another account. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

No notes! I’ve always had a great experience with Monzo - fantastic UX and app design, easy to use and understand. Their benefits and perks are clearly advertised and I feel like I’m getting value for money for what I get vs what I pay for the Perks account. Help bank and support is great - 9/10 has the info I’m looking for and on the few occasions it hasn’t then customer support has been quick and efficient. I feel like Monzo cares about me as a customer and that’s why I’ve stayed with them. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
