Monzo have excellent service for saving account and personal loan, i am being with monzo for 2 years and had a geat great customer service experience, i had an emergency for some money around 15k and they have not asked even for any income proofs or unreasonable questions they have just asked to how many months to repay the money, and withing 5 minutes i got created 15k in ma account, instead monzo other bank have done paperwork and all and in end they have rejected the application showing ma visa is finahing before ma repayment tenor, i feel very bad when i am loyal customer for them for last 7years amd they have rejected ma application with 900 credit score out of 1250. Monzo have helped me out in seconds thank you monzo for being there for me on ma bad time. Bery highly recommended to all for great customer service. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
