Best banking experience I’ve ever had.

I had to find a new bank for my business after my partner died and after a long drawn out process I gave up with my existing bank. I could not believe how easy it was to open the MONZO account, I was operational within 15 minutes. It blew me away as it was the most stressful time of my life and here something actually worked first time and was hassle free just when I needed it most. More importantly it proves that things don’t need to be done the way they have been for too long. Reviewed on: 31st March 2026

It’s banking in the modern world , I was always sceptical of online banks previously, however I’ve realised that because that’s how they were set up monzo runs perfectly , I also like that you act relatively quickly to change things , add things etc after asking us to take part in surveys related to our banking it makes me as a customer feel valued.
