Sometimes it takes a while before I receive a reply, but when it comes it is always courteous and very helpful.     Helpful for difficult cases

    Mansfield are the only company that were able to fulfill all my requirements. I used them through a mortgage broker First Mortgage and after a... Mansfield are the only company that were able to fulfill all my requirements. I used them through a mortgage broker First Mortgage and after a bit of back and forwards we were able to get everything agreed. My one criticism is that I don't think there's a portal or anything to access to view my mortgage and make additional payments - I would like to feel more in control. Read more Read less

Staff at Chesterfield branch explained options we have , security checks needed and asked us to come back in 30 minutes , if convenient , which it was. Account was ready for our return. Now to make monthly transfers and the interest rates including first year bonus clearly advised with other product options. Read more Read less
