We do find it difficult to withdraw funds as I cannot understand why we have branch accounts that can only withdraw funds from when I don’t think I have ever visited a branch. However Olivia at head office saved the day she was excellent and has sorted everything out for us……Honestly if we had to visit a branch we would have closed our accounts with the Mansfield……Olivia is a credit to the company.
