My fixed term was coming to an end and I wanted to be able to take a 5 years fixed term moving forward. I have had the most wonderful experience with Mansfield and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am passionate about customer service, and Mansfield have never ever disappointed on that front. They are professional, polite, welcoming and responsive. a good old fashioned way of working with their customers. I am extremely sad to be leaving Mansfield, but unfortunately, on this occasion it was the rate being offered that I had to consider. Please consider you rates Mansfield so that more of your customers remain with you. Than you for everything - one day I might be back!!!! Read more Read less
