Very slow and old fashioned. IT systems are not good and need upgrading. Far too much reliance on paperwork

I’ve been with Mansfield for about 9 years. I’ve found them very helpful. Good staff and customer service. not the best interest rates.

    Great customer service

    Staff are always welcoming and helpful. I like the old school approach of going to the branch and having pass books.

    Sad to be moving to another provider

    Sadly i am leaving Mansfield for B2L provider, but i have been with them for the last 7 years and they are always, super friendly...     We had a self build mortgage then moved to standard rate whilst we found a cheaper rate. I found it difficult not being able to manage my account online
