Excellent company to deal with 110% from me.

Excellent company to deal with. The customer centre staff are 110%. always knowledgeable and answer any questions with total confidence. Would highly recommend.

I have recently opened a Junior ISA for my child, and it was really funny because they said there would be no app or website... I have recently opened a Junior ISA for my child, and it was really funny because they said there would be no app or website to control or just check the the account. You have to, literally either walk to your nearest branch or phone them up! I laughted and asked them if they thought it was 1986. It's very old fashioned! It's a way of putting it. I have now read some reviews of how people have been treated unfairly and it's really made me think. Read more Read less

    Competitive Interest Rates

    I have a limited access cash ISA with Coventry Building Society and after the last Bank of England base rate cut I was expecting my... I have a limited access cash ISA with Coventry Building Society and after the last Bank of England base rate cut I was expecting my rate to fall by 0.25% in line with all my other accounts with other banks/building societies. However the rate only fell by 0.15% which was a pleasant surprise. I think Coventry Building Society do try to offer the best possible rates. Read more Read less
