Dropped off a little on interest rates but still good

I like saving with a building society rather than a bank. Coventry haven't been quite as competitive for interest rates this year but they are good at communication.

Quick customer service reply, good range of regular savings accounts and saving accounts. Easy to access. Transfers out happen next day but website easy to use.

    Branch is great and accessible. Sadly online access leaves a lot to be disputed. Clunky, difficult to use and lots of repetition and waiting around.... Branch is great and accessible.     Competitive Cash ISA

    The four access cash ISA pays a competitive interest rate. Coventry Building Society are good at communicating any changes to the interest rate. They now have an app as well.
