Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always kind, approachable, and happy to answer my questions. Unfortunately, my flat sale fell through, meaning we had to start the whole process again. Just when everything was finally back on track, my mortgage offer expired, and I thought I was back to square one. Once again, Tim came to the rescue. He kept me calm, clearly explained what information was needed from me and the underwriters, liaised with everyone on my behalf, and worked incredibly hard to get everything back in place.
