I haven’t been able to open an account despite receiving an email saying that has happened! Where is my account and my money?

With banks disappearing from the high street, it is nice to have a local office with staff that are unfailingly polite.

Bath were one of very few building society's prepared to offer a BTL mortgage at a reasonable rate. Good Communication with them over the personal issues
