What could have been a stressful experience felt smooth and straightforward thanks to Tim’s calm, positive attitude and attention to detail. He was always quick to respond and very good at explaining what was important—and what I didn’t need to worry about! That made a huge difference. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, with a personal touch far superior to anywhere else (we went to other building societies and brokers). The key differences were we weren’t passed from pillar to post, endlessly repeating ourselves to different people filling in forms without context and more importantly treated with respect and listened to. The Retirement Mortgage itself perfectly met our needs too, which is flexible, reliable with longevity, and unlike anything we found elsewhere. It truly feels like a well-kept secret.
