Tim Randall made the whole application and approval process so easy with friendly, clear and prompt communications throughout- a real credit to your society. When an issue with the property lease was uncovered by our solicitor , Tim was instrumental in quickly agreeing an effective solution.     Being in my mid-80s, I find doing new things on line a "challenge" and 'Mars' very patiently took me through setting up everything slowly so...
