I originally decided to join and save with Bath B S. Filled in an ISA transfer form and signed and sent it off. But because... I originally decided to join and save with Bath B S. Filled in an ISA transfer form and signed and sent it off. But because of Royal Mail, and Bath stating I had only a limited time to fund my account, I telephoned Bath to cancel my application. Little did I know that Bath had gone ahead without my consent and knowledge. The reason for a 9 is because of the initial interaction with the live chat team, who I felt did not look to understand the nature of the scenario thoroughly before declining. However, upon speaking to the BDM Kerrin White my opinion has completely changed. Kerrin went above and beyond, making sure he understood the scenario fully, doing all of the behind the scenes groundwork to achieve the AIP required.
