Your organisation and team member Tim Randall

We deal with your team member Tim Randall, he was always clear with information and return any emails or telephone messages almost immediately. The communications between Tim Randall and ourselves was paramount to assist a constant flow of information needed in regarded to organising our mortgage. At all times we felt that the contact between Tim and ourselves was very personal which help us along the route. Bathvl is good

Bath were one of very few building society's prepared to offer a BTL mortgage at a reasonable rate. Good Communication with them over the personal issues Reviewed on: 19th October 2025

Nick Thornton is a pure pleasure to deal with. He offers a very personal service and nothing is too much trouble. He is efficient, thorough and responds quickly.
