AIP for a recently widowed customer

I required an AIP from Bath following an unexpected change of decision from a separate lender. The reason for a 9 is because of the initial interaction with the live chat team, who I felt did not look to understand the nature of the scenario thoroughly before declining. However, upon speaking to the BDM Kerrin White my opinion has completely changed. Kerrin went above and beyond, making sure he understood the scenario fully, doing all of the behind the scenes groundwork to achieve the AIP required. Fantastic service from Kerrin, and a 10/10 for him specifically., Reviewed on: 8th May 2026

Sharon Adams is fantastic

Spoke to Sharon a couple weeks back and she helped me with a DIP. Spoke to her about the FMA today and was given the same consistent service.
