Bath Building Society - very flexible

Bath Building Society were very flexible and arranged a mortgage that many other lenders could not cope with. We run a guest house for mobile workers who stay with us for several months. None of the other lenders we approached could fit us into one of their predetermined boxes and declined us. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Great customer service

My mortgage term with Bath Building Society came to an end so I renewed another 5 year fixed term and it was so easy and stress free to do. The team at BBS are always on the phone or respond via email if ever you need them. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Bath Building society, a good support.

Bath Building society extended my mortgage when my husband died. I was and am very grateful. Mt husband and I turned to Bath Building Society when we first took out the mortgage as I remembered that my mother had recommended the society in the distant past.
