Excellent service for a specialist mortgage. From the very first outreach about a 'Buy for Uni' mortgage, we were supported through the process. The information provided was comprehensive and Tim was quick with his responses to any questions. The meeting we had were detailed, and we had plenty of chance to ask questions. Exceptional Support

I honestly can’t recommend Tim highly enough. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my circumstances, patiently explained my options, and guided me through choosing the right mortgage. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always kind, approachable, and happy to answer my questions. Unfortunately, my flat sale fell through, meaning we had to start the whole process again. Just when everything was finally back on track, my mortgage offer expired, and I thought I was back to square one. Once again, Tim came to the rescue. He kept me calm, clearly explained what information was needed from me and the underwriters, liaised with everyone on my behalf, and worked incredibly hard to get everything back in place. What stood out most was how person-centred his approach was. He understood how stressful and emotional the whole process can be, especially when you’re trying to juggle work and everyday life at the same time. I always felt supported, informed, and reassured. Thanks to Tim’s dedication and persistence, we not only secured a new mortgage offer, but he also managed to keep the original interest rate, which was an amazing outcome and a huge relief. We cannot thank Tim Randall enough for his help. We had a very unique set of circumstances that required a specialised mortgage. Tim took the time to truly listen and understand our situation from the start, unlike other lenders where you feel like just a number. The mortgage adviser delivered an excellent service

The mortgage adviser delivered a friendly, engaging and very efficient service- very impressed with email communication, keeping us informed, being genuinely interested and managing expectations.. It is clear that BBS are a very professional firm, but the rating given reflects the excellent personal service that we received. It was so refreshing to deal with an actual human being and one name that I could return to to ask questions as needed. It makes all the difference having one person and not just a general faceless mailbox where emails disappear, replied to days later. The process was straightforward, clear, and prompt. Excellent service

The ONLY building society offering the package needed (rent a room), and we didn't want to go with a bank. Tim Randall made the whole application and approval process so easy with friendly, clear and prompt communications throughout- a real credit to your society. When an issue with the property lease was uncovered by our solicitor , Tim was instrumental in quickly agreeing an effective solution.
