Great customer service

My mortgage term with Bath Building Society came to an end so I renewed another 5 year fixed term and it was so easy and stress free to do. The team at BBS are always on the phone or respond via email if ever you need them. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Bath Building society, a good support.

Bath Building society extended my mortgage when my husband died. I was and am very grateful. Mt husband and I turned to Bath Building Society when we first took out the mortgage as I remembered that my mother had recommended the society in the distant past. Had a mortgage with Bath since 2009.

Had a mortgage with Bath since 2009. Always been informed about deals available following fixed rate finishing and it has always been competitive. Customer service sort out a change of product quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem with Bath. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

very knowledgeable mortgage advisor

Spoke to a very knowledgeable mortgage advisor from the first call and he continued to be our contact throughout. The mortgage rate has gone down several times in the last 18 months - whenever base rate has been cut, Bath has quickly passed on the rate cut. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
