Excellent Service from Tim Randall

Tim has been absolutely brilliant as my mortgage Advisor. He was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Even when my first purchase did not go ahead, he stayed positive and helpful and made everything feel straightforward. A very complicated case, fantastic support & outcome.

A very complicated case, and slightly off criteria basis, was sensitively assessed by the underwriting team with a positive outcome. This was supported by the fantastic BDM Kerrin White, who listened and liaised between myself and the underwriting team, despite numerous hurdles - I cannot recommend Kerrin any more, as he is a polite, attentive, understanding, fair, and consummate professional. He stood out above even some of the best I have worked with from different lenders over the last 5 years. I would recommend him for an industry award if it were possible. Many thanks. Specialist new build loan

Excellent all round Service

From first registering an interest online in order to re-mortgage my property, the service has been fast and very professional. My Mortgage adviser, Tim Randall was excellent. Always handled my correspondence and queries very promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2025
