Sharon Adams is fantastic

Spoke to Sharon a couple weeks back and she helped me with a DIP. Spoke to her about the FMA today and was given the same consistent service. Mortgage for mature borrowers

Bath Building Society was able to consider a mortgage for mature borrowers and at a reasonable rate , and flexible conditions. Telephone responses to queries were dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner . Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I searched online using AI for the mortgage product that suited us best and was directed to 2 building societies. The Bath terms was the best by some distance. I emailed and got a very prompt response and then was guided through the process by an excellent Representative- Tim Randall.
