We live in Warminster but still travel to Bath periodically as we want to keep our accounts with Bath Building Society. No doubt you will get this review removed as it seems you don't like negative reviews on this platform. Customer service is awful as you can never get hold of an agent which was never the case on the past when I tried to make a payment. I am not local so can not go into a branch. Why have things changed so much over the last few years? Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026
