Great visit to Oldfield Park branch

I visited the Oldfield Park branch today as I was having trouble getting online. I was served by Gemma who was extremely helpful and spent the time helping me download the app and register my details. This was a success and I am now able to view my account and request transfers at home. I can’t thank Gemma enough for her kindness and patience. Great service! Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I recently went into the Branch in Moorland Road to register the death of a close family member. I was served by Daisy and Rachel and although I was feeling very anxious about it they made the whole process really straightforward and they put me at ease which really helped me feel better in a difficult situation, really lovely ladies, thank you! Trust account - clear and efficient

We had a unique experience of transferring a trust account to yourselves. Once we found the right person to talk to on the phone (Lauren) the experience became smooth and clear. Lauren was very efficient, a clear communicator and the account has been set up quickly so that we can transfer our funds. We even managed to do it without visiting the branch which was very helpful due to distances. Thank you for offering this service, and for being a voice at the end of the phone; that really helped to be able to talk to someone. Those who first answer the phone need to be able to know where to direct you when you have a specific query as sorting that part out took a couple of calls. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
