We live in Warminster but still travel to Bath perio...

We live in Warminster but still travel to Bath periodically as we want to keep our accounts with Bath Building Society. We had a few complicated things to deal with this time but Jane was very patient and explained everything we needed to do I have phoned Jane to thank her personally. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

No doubt you will get this review removed as it seems you don't like negative reviews on this platform. Customer service is awful as you can never get hold of an agent which was never the case on the past when I tried to make a payment. I am not local so can not go into a branch. Why have things changed so much over the last few years? Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026

Great customer service

I came in to branch regarding a query about mine and my wife’s accounts. Whilst Daisy did not have an answer for me straight away she assured me she would find out the answer and get back to me. She then phoned me back the same day and resolved the issue. Daisy provided excellent customer service and handled the situation brilliantly. Reviewed on: 31st July 2026

My experience and dealings with Lauren in your trust and savings team have been excellent.
