Helpful and efficient Customer Assistant

I contacted BBS by e mail and was assisted very promptly by Charlotte Townsend . She was extremely helpful in sending the requested statement and tax advice regarding the Trust Account I hold, and has given me the contact number to speak to her regarding setting up on line access which I had been unable to do as it is not a personal account. Charlotte on the chat helped and was very good, polite and quick to respond. Very good. Ultimatley she could not fix the problem but got me to the person who could which was Chris on the phone. Chris was also excellent and ran me through all the steps needed as there had been a system glitch. I am now all set up an Chris then also sorted the transaction I was looking to do. Rokas was very helpful and resolved my issues prompt...

Rokas was very helpful and resolved my issues promptly, but there had been previous issues i.e. having filled in a change of signatory form a couple of years ago I found out this hadn't been applied to the account, so although Rokas did everything he could overall it could do with some improvement.
