Updating My Address

I emailed BIBS in the evening when I found I couldn’t update my address online and had a response first thing the next morning advising me to telephone them. I rang and after security checks my address was updated. Great service! Reviewed on: 15th August 2025

The Customer Support team has been fantastic, responsive, efficient, and always helpful in answering my questions promptly via both phone and email. I also really appreciate that when I call, I speak to the same representative rather than a call center, which means I don’t have to repeat my questions every time.
