I like the Wood Street branch, convenient when we have a day out in Bath. Very nice staff. Jane was so helpful and informative and provided a really excellent service. She also phoned us letter (on the same day), to confirm that my Bond had been opened and that everything was in order. So reassuring. Thank you. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

The branch at Wood Street was very welcoming, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. I handed in my completed Bond application form and Jane Cox phoned me later that day to confirm that my bond had been opened, this gave me peace of mind and ensured I was earning interest straight away.
