Great customer service

I came in to branch regarding a query about mine and my wife’s accounts. Whilst Daisy did not have an answer for me straight away she assured me she would find out the answer and get back to me. She then phoned me back the same day and resolved the issue. Daisy provided excellent customer service and handled the situation brilliantly. Reviewed on: 31st July 2026

My experience and dealings with Lauren in your trust and savings team have been excellent. From the start Lauren has been very patient, taking time to explain everything to me and why certain paperwork was required. Daisy & Ella resolved an issue, service was exemplary.

Daisy and Ella resolved an issue we had regarding the Fixed Bond we had recently arranged. The service was exemplary. It is great to have a branch to visit locally. We get that interaction with a staff member. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2026

Real friendly help setting up on line access.

Being in my mid-80s, I find doing new things on line a "challenge" and 'Mars' very patiently took me through setting up everything slowly so I understood why things needed doing - excellent service which deserves a minimum of 12 out of 10 ("over and above") !!!!l Oh that many other financial set-ups came anywhere near being so helpful :) Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
