Updating My Address

I emailed BIBS in the evening when I found I couldn’t update my address online and had a response first thing the next morning advising me to telephone them. I rang and after security checks my address was updated. Great service! Reviewed on: 15th August 2025

The Customer Support team has been fantastic, responsive, efficient, and always helpful in answering my questions promptly via both phone and email. I also really appreciate that when I call, I speak to the same representative rather than a call center, which means I don’t have to repeat my questions every time. The best thing about Bath Building Society is the lovely staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always have time to chat to you. Also have dog biscuits which my dog loves. The best building society in Bath. Also they sell books. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
