Customer service is very reliable and great.

Customer service is very reliable and great. I open an account about nearly two years now and didn’t register for online banking. Recently I wanted to withdraw some funds and I had no problem, it was easy to do with my relevant information. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Excellent company to deal with 110% from me.

Excellent all round for savings of many sorts

Have had savings across a variety of different accounts for 15+ years, including Cash ISAs . Rates are always very favourable if not always the highest. I have recommended Coventry to a number of friends including for the Child ISA Reviewed on: 26th March 2026

Competitive Interest Rates

I have a limited access cash ISA with Coventry Building Society and after the last Bank of England base rate cut I was expecting my rate to fall by 0.25% in line with all my other accounts with other banks/building societies. However the rate only fell by 0.15% which was a pleasant surprise. I think Coventry Building Society do try to offer the best possible rates. Reviewed on: 26th January 2026
