Portable mortgage but when trying to port they offer 15% less than current mortgage, quoting changes in their lending policies. I guess a good way to sting (ex)customers with an early exit fee. Never again CBS. Reviewed on: 26th June 2024

Early exit fees were ridiculously high with my product.

Pleasant surprise for existing customer

Customer service were good at dealing with my re-mortgage queries, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that re-mortgage rates for existing customers were better than those for new clients. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Good Rates for existing Customers

Unlike a lot of companies who get you in with low rates for a fixed term, we were pleasantly surprised to get comparably good rates for a new fixed term mortgage, meaning we didn't have to remortage completely and we saved on the cost of moving to another company. Reviewed on: 28th April 2023
