Fantastic personal service.

I needed help to open a Trust account and Lauren at Bath Building Society was quick to respond, provided clear information and instructions and set up the account quickly. Bath Building Society had the best account to suit my needs. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Excellence across all levels

We have a savings account in the Bath building society for our daughter. She and we are welcomed so warmly every time we go in. Everything is clear. Staff are helpful and friendly. We couldn’t ask for more. So impressed. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
