Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Excellence across all levels

We have a savings account in the Bath building society for our daughter. She and we are welcomed so warmly every time we go in. Everything is clear. Staff are helpful and friendly. We couldn’t ask for more. So impressed. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

I like the Wood Street branch, convenient when we have a day out in Bath. Very nice staff. Jane was so helpful and informative and provided a really excellent service.
