Moorland Road Branch

I have used Moorland Road Branch for many years and always receive a personal friendly service from the staff. I have got to know Rachel and Gemma and they give good advice and are very efficient. Most importantly it’s great to have a local branch to visit and easy to park. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2026

Perfect customer service

Perfect customer service Following a change of phone I had to reregister for the app and ran into technical issues, the service I received I’ve the phone was first class. Can you please pass my thanks onto Chris B, I had an issue using the app, we had a number of technical issues which Chris patiently worked through. New Trust

Katie was so helpful to use whilst setting up trusts. She was so kind during our telephone call and promised to follow up with us which she did indeed do. There is little positive customer service today but Katie restored our faith in our time of need. Thank you! Reviewed on: 15th December 2025

Setting Up Trusts

Jane went out of her way to help us when we were struggling to provide info for Trust set up. She was patient, extremely friendly and kind and is a real asset to this Bath branch.
