Easy to open account online, good interest rates

Easy to open account online, at time of opening this account had market leading interest rate. Good that they still give you the 95+ days notice of an interest rate change which many others have stopped doing. Gives some certainty to the interest payments. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

Good value, interface feels a bit no-frills

The rates are good value. I manage the account exclusively online so I can't say more about the customer service than "good". I'd have to have experienced more to call it "excellent". The web platform is fine but a little clunky. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026
