Saving with Bibs helped me buy a property

Very impressive overall.

Attractive savings rates (I have a Child's ISA and several fixed term bonds). Very helpful, polite and efficient customer service when I telephoned the Society to inquire about payments into my son's ISA. Account opening process is also very efficient. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

A great local branch building society.

A great local branch building society. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The refurbished office has a lovely wall mural of Bath which is very uplifting. My main reason, though, for using Bath Building Society is its competitive savings rates. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Being part of the Bath Building Society family.

Visiting Bath Building Society can be a pleasurable experience even if it is to withdraw money. The desk staff are so friendly, professional and efficient. One member of staff has been with the society for over 25 years and you receive a very warm welcome as you enter. It is almost as if the people there are your family. Now aged 83 years I have been a member since my mother introduced me as a child. Continuous membership of seven decades says it all. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
