Lauren in customer service has helped us all the way through the process of opening a trust account and her communication via a number of phone calls and emails has been superb. Call backs and responses have been very quick. Lauren's support has been outstanding, but I would also like to thank Katie, who was in the branch I first visited with whatever documents I had and started the process and pointed me in the right direction. I also called today and Lauren wasn't available, so Joe helped me with a query and was diligent in checking that he gave the right information.
