Excellent

Hampshire Trust bank have recently updated their portal giving the customer much more control over how and when to manage accounts. Pretty simple and easy to register/login. Account interest rates often fall in the top 3. Reviewed on: 20th February 2025

Avoid this company!

Awful experience dealing with this company. I would give zero stars if I could. Interestingly, they respond far quicker (less than an hour) to a bad review online than they do to an urgent customer enquiry (12 hours). Their priorities are clear. The website is disconcertingly slow and old fashioned. I am currently abroad and could not access the site for some reason. They were slow to respond and not particularly helpful. Hampshire Trust Bank

Another that's accessible through an online platform so can take some getting used to. Money needs to be locked away for six months so think carefully about if the interest rate will be beneficial for that long Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
