The customer service team are pleasant and try, but the institution as a whole is fairly dreadful. Poor service, poor resolution, poor explanations, poor speed of response Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

I absolutely love Zopa's pots, it makes budgeting and saving so much easier. They could do with tweaking the app a little but nothing that's too annoying. I would recommend Zopa for making allocating and seeing your money much more easily Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Avoid if you can

I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly they have been dreadful in every way, not least putting us on a higher interest rate than agreed and dragging their feet over resolving it. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

While Nationwide's Fairer Share bonuses are appreciated, their interest rates on currents accounts are comparatively and sometimes extremely poor, and their customer service is woeful. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
