Great Range of Products. Competitive Rates. Good Web site and the new App is excellent and this has been launched based on Customer feedback so they really listen to Customers. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Let down by Poor Customer Service

Nothing wrong with the Product. Dashboard was pretty basic and needs some work. But I was let down by terrible Customer Service. Ring Backs that didn't happen, letters that didn't arrive and instructions followed and documentation sent that were returned as being inadequate with new updated instructions. I will never use them again, so much grief and stress. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2022

Great Range of Savings Products

Coventry is probably my favourite Bank/BS. Their Rates are becoming less competitive but I love their Dashboard, the fact that one can view Balances and Transaction without the Phone Call Challenge (only needed to do transactions). I like the new design of the DashBoard and the Range of Products. But I also like that they reach out for feedback from their Customer on how to improve. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2022
