Awful experience dealing with this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
Interestingly, they respond far quicker (less than an hour) to a bad review online than they do to an urgent customer enquiry (12 hours). Their priorities are clear.
The website is disconcertingly slow and old fashioned. I am currently abroad and could not access the site for some reason. They were slow to respond and not particularly helpful. I was so desperate I asked if there was a possibility of closing the account and returning my money.
After days, a more helpful person answered me. She informed me I could close the account if I wished. By this time, I had purchased a VPN which had solved the problem. I informed her that I had solved the issue and no longer needed to close the account.
Guess what? They closed the account anyway and 2 days later I have had no written confirmation from them that this had happened. I only noticed when I saw it had been deposited to my current account.
An awful experience as a customer from beginning to end and I will never give this company my business again.
Avoid this company.
