Closed my fixed term account at maturity and cheque arrived promptly, paid it in through an ATM at Branch of other society. Covering letter indicated sorry I was leaving the Mansfield, I already had other account open with them! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Maturing Instructions .

My accounts were maturing whilst I was on holiday. I was able to visit my branch and leave instructions for my follow on accounts. Feeling confident that my instructions would be followed. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Very good staff were proactive in telling me about an account which paid more interest. Easy to transfer some funds from an existing account by sending pass book and filling in form. Reviewed on: 29th June 2026
