Chesterfiedl team 'on it'

I decided to split my savings between a flexible rate, accessable ISA and a fixed rate ISA. During the application process the fixed rate account hat I applied for became obsolete, to be replaced by one with an improved rate of interest. The team at Chesterfield alerted me to this and then effected the appropriate upgrade. I was pleased by the action they took. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Local and good value

Not the highest saving rate available but being local with branches that are open to the public is worth it. Staff were knowledgeable about products and the transaction went smoothly. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
