Great customer service.

We had great communication when trying to open a Trust account at a stressful time. The interest rates are not fantastic but better than most of the other providers and the information provided by Mansfield was by far the best Reviewed on: 22nd September 2026

They can't do electronic ISA transfers-out

Everything went well with my cash ISA until I wanted to transfer it elsewhere, and found that Mansfield Building Society will NOT make electronic transfers. The new ISA provider only accepts electronic transfers, so I had to leave my money with Mansfield until I found an alternative provide with a good interest rate who still was willing to process transfers by the old-fashioned method. Professional Trustworthy Organisation

Very helpful staff. Resolved my queries well. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was, at times, not able to reach the nominated adviser in the Trust Department. Staff on the main business number, did not seem fully trained in Trust account issues. They were equally helpful, but just had to pass messages on. It would have been very helpful at the time, if there had been other staff to deputise during absences or holidays. Reviewed on: 17th September 2026
