A Good Notice Account That Met My Needs

This was a good notice account. Any questions I had about it were answered accurately and quickly. However, as my needs changed I was able to put this money into an ISA, and with interest rates trending upwards and a lot of competition it made sense to take every opportunity to avoid run-away taxation. Not great service

Slightly disappointed at being told at 11.55 that the branch would be closing at 12.00 and that I could not open an new savings account. This does not demonstrate great customer service and 'going the extra mile'. I shall now deposit my funds in an alternative saving account with another provider. Reviewed on: 10th May 2026
