The staff at the Kirkby branch were very helpful

The staff at the Kirkby branch were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately this is another account with a one year bonus that reverts to a poor rate after 12 months. I would prefer. Good rate for 12 months then close the account automatically. Reviewed on: 8th September 2026

Fixed rate Isa renewal.

At the Chesterfield branch I opened a savings account recently. Staff were friendly and most helpful. subsequenctly I had a problem setting up on-line banking … password difficulties.
