Great service but short hours

It has been a great experience and the staff are very friendly and helpful but the hours have not been great as I am at school so can never call them apart from in a small window on Saturday morning which makes it quite difficult for me. Opened account easily in branch, paperwork arrived by post within a few days so impressed with the speed. Friendly and helpful staff. Able to speak straight with a human being when I rang with a query, a freshing change compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Absolutely Magic
