Recommend for savings

Have several savings accounts from Dudley. Very impressed with the customer service. Have been to several branches and always sorted things. Would be good if they could take the initial payment into an account when opening it but it seems that's a head office rule. The staff were able to provide a workaround. Online service is available. Certainly recommend for savings. Probably worth telling them in advance if you plan to take a while opening accounts Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
