Fuss free financial services

I very much appreciate the presence of your Building Society on my local High Street; you offer a fuss free financial service, your staff are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I love shopping online but do not want to do online banking in any of its manifestations. I'm not quite as sharp as I used to be, haven’t got the Big D yet but I am grateful to have my money options explained to me in person in your Brierley Hill branch. Thank you. Excellent service but online account could be better

Excellent service closing maturing regular saver and opening a new one. However couldn't get COP match when setting up standing order and found account not showing online 3 days after opened. When writing secure message nearly got timed out 3 times as writing message not recognised as using account. Reviewed on: 31st July 2026
