Having received a letter re.

Having received a letter re. our current fixed mortgage coming to an end and offering possible options, we had cause to speak with Rebecca on 16-03-26, we discussed our letter and requested how much each option would cost. We received the illustrations today 17-03-26 how efficient was that, so we spoke with Rebecca again, and got our next fixed 5yrs sorted. She was so brilliant to deal with and is a credit to your customer service mortgage team. So friendly, bubbly and helped us so much with our questions. Thank you so much Rebecca. Fantastically helpful service

I was in a position to pay off my mortgage and phoned for help. I got straight through, the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and sent me all the information I need within a couple of hours. When I was trying to make my payments I encountered a couple of hiccups on my side - nothing to do with Dudley BS - and the email support that I asked for was given quickly, precisely, and was exactly what I needed, and all done with a positive tone. For the onset the team at Dudley are always personable, efficient and responsive and in these days of automated systems it is this attention to detail and understanding that marks Dudley Building Society as an outstanding people driven mortgage provider. Flexible and Good Communication

I am a mortgage adviser and work with a lot of Building Societies and Banks and know to expect with each. When a lender is flexible like Dudley BS, they obviously need more information to ensure that they are protecting the customer and the society. Although the process was a bit slow and laborious, the overall service, flexibility and communication was good. I will definitely consider using them again when the need appears. Allowing more time for repayment on maturity
