Fantastically helpful service

I was in a position to pay off my mortgage and phoned for help. I got straight through, the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and sent me all the information I need within a couple of hours. When I was trying to make my payments I encountered a couple of hiccups on my side - nothing to do with Dudley BS - and the email support that I asked for was given quickly, precisely, and was exactly what I needed, and all done with a positive tone. If I’d asked something impossible I think they’d still have tried to make it happen! Fantastic service. Reviewed on: 30th December 2025
