It would be nice if they could print on the back of the first page of the letter with the second half to save a piece of paper, or perhaps condense the correspondence to the essentials. Hands down the worst company (yes, not just banks) I’ve ever dealt with. 14 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a decision on a... Hands down the worst company (yes, not just banks) I’ve ever dealt with. 14 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a decision on a mortgage application. Second house I’ve now lost due to their slow response and incompetence. Charging high fees and providing this level of service is practically fraud. Will be reporting to FCA.
