I have just finalised my RIO mortgage, Jane Longmore was my advisor she was engaging, friendly and professional. Jane kept me informed throughout the whole process either via emails or telephone. To my experience, over 20 years, Hanley is probably best lender ever. Not only they have the best and unique lifetime tracker product; unlike high street lenders, AI or algorithm led, with "computer says nooo!" attitude, they have real people with experience, ready to listen to individual circumstances and needs, considering actual bank statements, rather than what Mickey Mouse reference agencies hold in record. 100% recommend!
