Glad the Hanley Economic is in Stone

Due to limited open hours it can be difficult to the local branch. However the service is pretty good but when access is needed to the societies computer it can take some time to enable the cashier to complete a transaction. Reviewed on: 17th October 2026

Inland Revenue are liars.

I went to HEBS at Stone for help and after a discussion l changed a few items around, they were my decision s and no one else's and they put the paper work together. The Inland Revenue Personal have fiddled the figures to gain more money. I still have the same money and an optional extra at a later date should it be required thank you. I recently advised Longton branch that I would be moving home and arranged for temporary halt on any mail being sent to my old address because I didn’t have a completion date. Four weeks later the new owner of my old house advised me that there was some post to be collected., one of which was a letter from Hanley Economic with regards to a bond which had matured. I call that pathetic service,the whole point of having any post suspended was because I didn’t want any of my personal information going to a complete stranger!!! Reviewed on: 16th October 2026
