I went to HEBS at Stone for help and after a discussion l changed a few items around, they were my decision s and no... The Inland Revenue Personal have fiddled the figures to gain more money. I still have the same money and an optional extra at a later date should it be required thank you. Read more Read less

    I recently advised Longton branch that I would be moving home and arranged for temporary halt on any mail being sent to my old address... I recently advised Longton branch that I would be moving home and arranged for temporary halt on any mail being sent to my old address because I didn’t have a completion date. Four weeks later the new owner of my old house advised me that there was some post to be collected., one of which was a letter from Hanley Economic with regards to a bond which had matured. I call that pathetic service,the whole point of having any post suspended was because I didn’t want any of my personal information going to a complete stranger!!! Read more Read less
