Staff are inflexible, off hand and careless (sent my personal financial information to someone else’s email address). I àwant my exes name taking off what was 'our mortgage as it is only myself living here & paying it and has been for years, I enquired in branch about how to do this & then did as I was advised. I didn't receive an acknowledgement of my request so called customer services & explained the issue only to be spoken to in a way that was belittling & was refused my request due to my work circumstances. Apparently even though I'm the person that has always paid my mortgage I'm not deemed suitable to pay by myself ' but I always have ' !? So they won't take his name off my mortgage even though he has asked to be removed !! It's not so much that they won't but the way it was said and the fact they didn't have the good level of customer service to write or call to let me know & I had to call them.
