Outdated, awful customer service, careless staff and zero loyalty to long term customers

Chelsea Building Society is really outdated, rigid and short sighted. There is absolutely zero loyalty towards long term customers and inflated interest rates, not competitive at all with other lenders. Staff are inflexible, off hand and careless (sent my personal financial information to someone else’s email address). Highly recommend Canada Life as a much more liberal, professional and modern approach and much better interest rates. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022
