Quite gobsmacked to actually get a renewal quote that was cheaper than the nearest rival. The policy offers many features other companies charge for, and is very competitive with the additional benefits too. Easy to manage online and speaking with customer service is also very good too. I have been with Santander for several years now and in all of that time I have had the fortunate experience of enjoying great customer service as well as being satisfied with my choice of products on offer to me from the bank. I've been with the Chelsea for several years now and in all of that time I can honestly say I have not had any bad experiences in my dealings with the society. Staff are very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly in their conduct of their duties. Having been with Cashplus for a few years, I have come to find that in dealing with Cashplus that they are transparent and hide nothing when it comes to customer service and resolving issues that crop up from time to time. The bank has been openly honest with its transition to banking status and this can only be viewed as a positive step going forward.
