I initially contacted Hanley because I was attracted by their mortgage products which were very competitive at the time I applied. I received excellent customer service from start to finish with the processing of my mortgage application. The staff were always polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The Human Touch

On the rare occasions that I’ve needed to contact them about my mortgage I cannot even bring to tell you how nice it is to just speak to a normal person without umpteen button presses.
