I needed to unlock my account and reset my password. There was a queue but I was number 1 it in. Charlotte answered my call... I needed to unlock my account and reset my password. There was a queue but I was number 1 it in. Charlotte answered my call and stayed on with me until I had managed to log on, making sure I was able to complete the action for the Charity finances.
