    I had to telephone Saffron about the accounts I held for my three grand daughters. I also wanted to open a new account for our... I had to telephone Saffron about the accounts I held for my three grand daughters. I also wanted to open a new account for our 4th grand daughter who is 3 months old. There had been some errors made by Saffron on transactions made. I spoke to Zoe .     Found customer service on chat and over the phone very good. Had to phone to find out what was happening with our new account as... Found customer service on chat and over the phone very good. Had to phone to find out what was happening with our new account as we needed to provide additional information. The gentleman found our account had now been approved and he completed the opening of the account over the phone. This enabled us to login to our new account immediately. Read more Read less
