I subsequently contacted Saffron Building Society by telephone for assistance in competing the bereavement notification. I spoke with Ms Cassie Jones who had a communication style that was both empathetic and professional. Ms Jones took personal responsibility for my enquiry and volunteered to become my point of contact for future enquiries. Ms Jones demonstrated equality and diversity, understanding the diverse needs of others less competent in Information and Technology and provided guidance throughout the process. On a later date, I attended the branch to provide supporting documents, Ms Jones was present and ever efficient, recording the documents according to company policy, ensuring the safe handling of information and protecting the assets and interests of all parties.
